PREHAB/FUNDAMENTALS

(MOBILITY, STABILITY AND STRENGTH)

This approach is ideal for those who hasn’t practiced for awhile because of injury or not and keen to learn basic maintenance of themselves and stay injury free. Prehabilitation aims to prevent injuries before the actual occurrence. We want to evaluate and test your capacity, alignments and dysfunctions. It leads to improve movement quality by intentionally eliminating postural imbalances in the body. Fundamentals program include mobility works to increase your range of motion, body weight strength, natural movements… or even work towards more advanced skills. We will bring you progression you need to have constant improvement according with your goal.

CROSS TRAINING

(ENDURANCE, WEIGHT LOST, REINFORCEMENT)

Get the best of you with the cross training methods. This work out will improve your endurance, speed, balance, accuracy. We will integrate basic lifting, functional training and high intensity training. This is the most common approach to get back into your shape, get rid of extra pound and built up strength you need in your daily life.

BOXING TRAINING

(KICK BOXING, SELF DEFENSE, CONDITIONING)

Kickboxing is also an amazing workout and provide a great boost to self-confidence. You will learn basic punches, kicks, angles, footwork, escape and blocks with specific exercises to help you develop fighting skills. Heavy bag, pad holders, slow and light sparring will be provided.

BOOTCAMP WORKOUT

(ENDURANCE, BODY SHAPING AND MUSCLE TONING)

Boot camp workouts improve your general conditioning and burn fat. Designed for outdoor lover because the whole training will be on the beach or in natural environnement. In most cases, you can expect to do body weight training, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.Team spirit, Have fun, Get result. It what Boot camp is all about.

All prices are based on 1 hour personal training in facility of Crossfit Wanderlust (canggu) or your villa. (Canggu, kerobokan, Seminyak area).

Guillaume has a broad level of expertise. He graduated at Health and sport Institute in France after years of study biomechanics, physiology and strength training methods…He has a unique approach to movement through his vast experience and history of learning various different kinds of movement forms. Passionate of Martial arts, he followed his way all around Asia to explore the path deeper from diverse angles and perspectives. Nowadays, based in Bali as an eternal student and educator. He works as a personal health and sport educator with men and women from all walks of life, an experience from which he learned how to effectively educate every type of fitness enthusiast. A lifelong martial artist practitioner, he felt he was missing something in his training and after countless injuries from improper prep he met friends and started to train with another approach, commonly call ”movement”. This was the missing link he had been searching for and he began to notice changes in his body that others discipline alone, could not provide. It’s where the journey begins.
