GUILLAUME LE PORT / France / is the founder of Movement Bali and one of the pioneers of movement culture on the island.  A graduate of human movement science from France , now based in Bali after extensive travels throughout Asia - he brings his unique approach to integrating natural movement forms, with martial arts. He has dedicated his life to working with small groups and individuals, ensuring their bodies are functioning just as nature intended them.

Movement Bali Project is dedicated to nurture our relation with our body through sustainable practice. Learn to move your body freely, remove stiffness, pain and trust your body again in all circumstances.

Our programs take roots from ancient and modern methods. We aim to sharpen our body and develop warrior spirit, courage and discipline, to live at the fullest.

 

We promote having a capable and competent body to be able to help and serve others. We are glad today to share our experiences based on 4 pillars: Mobility, Natural Movement/Animal Locomotion, Strength/Conditioning and unique Combat Skills / Self Defense program.
